DISCUSSION: An Upper Level Low in the midwest is heading eastward as a storm in the SE moves northward. They will combine to form a storm off of Delaware/southern New Jersey. Light snow starts later tonight, then becomes heavy with strong winds making blizzard conditions Wednesday afternoon. The snow ends after midnight with 12-16" on the ground. The south fork could have some sleet/rain mix in during the morning, holding down that accumulation some. Skies clear for Thursday, but it stays windy so the snow will be blowing around. This is a dangerous situation, so don't go outside if you don't have to.
