DISCUSSION: Weak High Pressure moves across the area and out to sea later Tuesday. A storm in Texas will head towards the mid-Atlantic, while an Upper Level Low swings SE from the Upper Plains. A secondary storm will form off of Delaware and the Upper Level Low will phase with it, making it become more intense giving to heavy snow and strong winds that could cause blizzard conditions Wednesday afternoon. 12 to 18 inches of snow expected with higher amounts possible. High Pressure builds in on Thursday keeping the rest of the week dry with near seasonable temperatures.
